Open a repository, drop a folder onto the window, or return to a recent project. Analysis runs locally inside the app.

The current macOS build is not yet Developer ID signed and notarized with Apple. macOS may show a Gatekeeper warning when opening it.

Local browser workspaceAvailable on npm

Windows / Linux

Start Codefield from your terminal and explore the repository in your browser. Requires Node.js 20.9 or later; Git is only needed for cloning.

Install and open

npm install -g @keremcanozkurt/codefield
codefield .

Use the scoped package name shown above. The unscoped package belongs to an unrelated project.

codefield .
codefield <folder>
codefield clone <remote> [folder]

Angle brackets name required values and square brackets mark optional values; replace them with your path or remote. Cloning uses your installed Git and existing authentication. Press Ctrl+C in the terminal to stop the local server.
